I'd like to start of by saying that I find the success of Heroes to be exceptionally amusing. It's just like us nerds have been telling people for years now: superheroes are fucking awesome. That's all there is to it!
I almost wish I had the patience to sit down and watch a scheduled television broadcast, but...I don't. I'm more than willing to shell out $40 for the DVDs a year from now than have to withstand commercials and wait for the broadcasting company to feed me the story week by week.
